Using This Site
By entering an event or using this website you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before you book.
Entries And Payment
- An entry is confirmed only once payment has cleared and you have received a confirmation email.
- Entries close seven days before the first match of an event unless stated otherwise.
- Entry fees are non-transferable between events without the club's written agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event receive a full refund. Later cancellations are handled case by case. If the club cancels an event, entry fees are refunded in full.
Conduct
Players, coaches and spectators are expected to follow venue rules and the decisions of appointed officials. The club may remove anyone from an event for abusive or unsafe behaviour, without a refund.
Photography
Photographs and video may be taken at club events and used in match reports and promotional material. Tell the organiser on the day if you would prefer not to appear.
Liability
Participation in sport carries risk. Players take part at their own risk and are responsible for arranging their own insurance and confirming they are fit to compete.
